These terms and conditions apply to all VISA Card Offers:
- Offers are valid from June 1 through August 31, 2005 unless stated otherwise
- Offer is limited to one redemption per VISA cardholder
- Offers are subject to change and availability
- Offer rates are subject to service charges and applicable government taxes
- Offers may be subject to other restrictions. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law
- Offer redemption/fulfillment is solely the responsibility of the participating partners making the offer
- VISA International reserves the right to modify, cancel or remove any specific partners and/or their offers at any time without prior notice
