General terms and conditions
 

• Offer is valid from 1 January 2009 until 31 December 2009, unless otherwise stated.
• All payment(s) must be made with a valid Visa Business, Corporate or Purchasing card.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or kind.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, in-house offers, discounts, coupons or special offers, unless otherwise stated.
• To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating Visa Commercial cardholder releases Visa from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in conjunction with their participation in the program.
• Visa and the participating merchants reserve the right to change or terminate the offer without prior notice.
• Visa does not warrant the quality or performance of the products or services in the offer, and shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from or in connection with the offer.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Visa and the participating merchants is final and conclusive.
• Visa and its agencies have taken every care to ensure the accuracy of the information provided at the time of print. Neither Visa nor its agencies accept responsibility for any error or omission. All offers are correct at time of print.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relation to the program, the terms and conditions listed on the Visa Commercial Offers website will prevail.
