- This offer is valid for Visa Commercial cardholders residing in Asia, for services at The Executive Centres in Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei, Singapore, Jakarta, Sydney and Mumbai only.
- Offer is valid for discount off published rates during the Centres' business hours and cannot be used in conjunction with other current promotion for merchant's meeting rooms and virtual offices.
- Payment for services used will be made locally and subject to local prevailing tax rates.
- Use of all services and products are subject to availability at time of enquiry or booking.
- The Executive Centre's local standard service agreement terms and conditions ("Local Terms and Conditions") will automatically apply to use of any particular services. Use of the accommodation allocated to cardholder on any one day is subject to continued compliance with those terms and conditions. Copies of the Local Terms and Conditions can be obtained at each business centers.
- Agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with laws of the state or country in which the business centre in question is located. Both partners accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such jurisdiction where the centre is located.
- The Executive Centre will not share personal information as it relates to products and services of this program though The Executive Centre may contact cardholder from time to time relating to membership, promotions and offers or other pertinent information.
