• Agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with laws of the state or country in which the business center in question is located. Both partners accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such jurisdiction where the center is located.
• The Executive Centre will not share personal information as it relates to products and services of this program though The Executive Centre may contact cardholder from time to time relating to membership, promotions and offers or other pertinent information.
