The Promotion will be held from 1 June 2008 till 31 August 2008.

For every 500 Baht spent, at any participating merchant outlet, with a Visa card, double your chances to win an all expense paid trip back to Thailand - “7 packages for 7 days each”- in addition to instant offers from McDonald's.

Visa reserves the right to change to a different but equivalent accommodation without prior notice.

Limited to 20 lucky draw coupons per person per day.

Limited maximum amount of 1 prize is US$10, 000, including round-trip ticket from origin country of each winner to Thailand plus domestic accommodation and round-trip airfare tickets for the winner and 1 companion.

All submitted coupons are eligible for the lucky draw by random selection.

The deadline for entering the lucky draw is 31 August 2008.

The winners will be chosen by random drawing on 25 September 2008 at Richmond Hotel by the representatives of Visa International and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). 

Names of all winners will be announced on www.visa.co.th on 1 October 2008.

The winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and / or official mail.

Prizes must be redeemed and completed by each winner before 20 December 2008.

Each winner is only eligible to receive one prize regardless of the number of entries that he or she has submitted.

For prizes valued in excess of 500 Baht, winners are required by law to pay 5% tax on their winnings.

The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Visa's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The acceptance of the prize by the prize winner constitutes acceptance of Visa using his or her name and photograph for publicity purposes
