Introducing Visa's new brand identity
We are please to inform you of a new look to the Visa brand which has been designed to enhance the security of the Visa card for both cardholders and merchants.
Fresh and contemporary
The Visa brand mark has changed to reflect a more contemporary and refreshing feel for the future to support our commitment to provide greater choice, convenience, flexibility and security in electronic payments.
What has changed?
Our brand marks are used in a variety of ways, across a variety of applications. Changes have been made to our card design, point-of-sale material as well as our advertising and communications.
Card changes
The Visa dove hologram has been moved to the back and is now integrated within the magnetic stripe improving card security.
New Visa card should be accepted just like existing Visa cards. Here are three simple steps you can use to identify the new Visa card.

Should current Visa flag logos be replaced on websites?

At online merchant sites, the brand mark needs to be represented within a white box.
If the brand mark is placed on a white background the box will not be seen, however, on dark backgrounds the white box will be clearly visible. Please note this is for use at online merchant sites only.

Use the Visa Blue and Visa Gold RGB colors. Visa Blue: R0 G35 B160. Visa Gold: R255 G160 B0.
Note that converting to RGB from Pantone® spot colors or CMYK will not automatically produce the Visa-specific RGB colors in the final web graphic. Save the artwork as a GIF with all necessary colors. This will maintain the correct RGB values in non-anti-aliased areas.
As always, wherever consumers see the Visa logo, they are assured of the same unparalleled worldwide acceptance that you can expect from Visa.
