| The T&T Holistic Growth Institute was established in April, 2004 by two founders. The excellence of them is training based on integration of body, mind and spirit. The first founder is Professor Lam Man Ping, counseling psychologist. She is an honorary professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, also one of the pioneers and experts in indigenous counselling. Another founder, Mr. Luk Ka Yin, is an experienced physiotherapist. Both of them served in their professional discipline in Hong Kong for more than 25 years. Behind the two founders are a team of doctoral degree consultant with strong background in counseling, social work and medicine. They have rich experience in providing training, tailor-made workshop and services to different sectors including educators, social workers, counselors, executives from the business field in Hong Kong and Greater China.

T&T counselling and physiotherapy centre is a subsidy company to the Institute. The two founders and their team of staff provide counselling, psychotherapy and physiotherapy. T&T therapy is the signature holistic therapy provided by the two founders simultaneously to client with holistic problems. All counselors and physiotherapists are with master degree and with in-depth clinical experience. All clients are assured of highest standard of care and confidentiality by their team of professional and medical experts.
