General Terms and Conditions 1. “Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite Card Privileges” (“Offers”) shall be valid from 1 April 2011 to 30 Septemper 2011 (both dates inclusive), unless otherwise specified. 2. For details of other terms and conditions of the Offers and the merchants who are participating in the Offers ("Participating Merchants"), please visit www.visa.com.hk/festive or make enquiry with the relevant Participating Merchants. 3. The Offers are only applicable to valid, non-delinquent and good financial standing Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite cardholders. The Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite cards must be used in order to enjoy the Offers. 4. The Offers are only applicable to Participating Merchants’ outlets in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") or designated outlets outside Hong Kong and are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. The Offers are also subject to availability. 5. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any offers from other promotions (unless specified in Merchants’ Terms and Conditions) and are not transferable and cannot be resold and exchanged for cash, other products or services. 6. The Offers are subject to the terms and conditions of the Participating Merchants. Visa and the respective Participating Merchants reserve the right to amend, vary or terminate any such terms and conditions without prior notice. 7. Visa shall not be liable in any way to any person for any personal injury, death, loss, damage or liability (whether direct, indirect or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Offers, the discounts, privileges, gifts and services provided under the Offers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Visa offers no warranty or representation whatsoever, express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Offers and to the discounts, privileges, gifts and services provided by the Participating Merchants or other service providers or in relation to any usage thereof whatsoever including, but not limited to, the merchantable quality and fitness for purpose in respect of the relevant gifts and level of care and skill in respect of the relevant services. 8. In case of any dispute, the decisions of Visa and the relevant Participating Merchants are final and binding on the cardholders. 9. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
