General Terms and Conditions:
1. “Visa Platinum Exclusive Privileges” ("Offers") shall be valid from April 1 to September 30, 2008 (unless otherwise specified) (both dates inclusive) ("Offers Period").
2. For details of the participating merchants and other terms and conditions of the participating merchants, please visit www.visa.com.hk or make enquiry with the relevant participating merchants.
3. The Offers are only applicable to valid Visa Infinite and Platinum cardholders. The cards must be used for the Offers to be valid.
4. The Offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. The Offers are also subject to actual availability of same.
5. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and are not transferable and cannot be resold and exchanged for cash, other products or services.
6. The Offers are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the participating merchants. Visa International reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate any such terms and conditions without prior notice.
7. Visa International and merchants reserves the right for final decision. Visa International accepts no liability for the discounts, privileges, gifts, prizes and services provided by the participating merchants and other service providers involved in the Offers. All the discounts, privileges, gifts, prizes and services provided in the Offers are determined by the suppliers in their sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Visa International offers no warranty or representation whatsoever, express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Offers and to the discounts, privileges, gifts, prizes and services provided by the participating merchants or other service providers or in relation to any usage thereof whatsoever.
8. Visa International shall not be liable in any way to any person for any personal injury, death, loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Offers, the discounts, privileges, gifts, prizes and services provided under the Offers.
9. In case of any dispute, the decisions of Visa International and participating merchants in the Offers are final and binding.
10.In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11.These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
