If your Visa card is lost or missing as a result of the Queensland floods, representatives at Visa’s Customer Assistance Centre are standing by to help. The phone line is operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 1800 450 346 Missing card: Visa will block your card and notify your bank. Replacement card: In areas we can reach, Visa will deliver an emergency replacement card on a priority basis Emergency cash: With your card issuer’s approval, Visa can assist with getting access to emergency cash Access to your bank: We will put you in touch with your bank if you have questions about balance, payments, late charges or need to provide a forwarding address.
